About the Business
Ben holds a BSc honours degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture). The course involved over 2000 hours of training and education, this includes intense clinical hands on training as well as a deep knowledge of Chinese medicine and western biomedical sciences. Ben has treated many different patients with various different conditions using acupuncture, these include depression, Parkinson's disease, Tinnitus, stress, insomnia and Fibromyalgia.
Ben also has extensive knowledge and clinical experience in other aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). These include Acupressure, Moxibustion, Cupping, Electro Acupuncture, Auricular Acupuncture, Facial Rejuvination and Gua sha.
Member Ben continues to grow his skills and constantly maintains his professional development (CPD) by attending courses and seminars. This ensures the highest quality of knowledge, which he can then pass onto his patients by providing the best treatment possible.
Ben uses a technique called the balance method so you should feel benefits of the treatment instantly. Ben also holds a diploma in neuro-linguistic programming.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves the use of very fine, single use sterile needles to stimulate certain points on the body. These points known as acupuncture points are areas where we can manipulate the bodies Qi as it is closer to the surface.
By stimulating this Qi or energy through the inner pathways known as meridians we can release blockages or any disruption there may be to restore the body to balance. this is all done using the bodies own natural healing ability - we are just giving the body a slight nudge in the right direction.
