Massage

Massage

From £35 - £60
Massage involves working and acting on the body with pressure – structured, unstructured, stationary, or moving – tension, motion, or vibration. Massage is used to promote relaxation and well-being, and is beneficial in treating sports injuries and other problems affecting the musculature of the body such as postural misalignment and many painful conditions.
Facial massage

Facial massage

From £35

Facial massage works on the facial muscles, easing tension, smoothing away lines, and increasing elasticity. Sometimes our facial expressions become habitual, encouraging formation of wrinkles, sagging skin and ageing, as the face loses its muscle tone and elasticity.

The massage incorporates the neck, face and scalp. It improves blood circulation, helps to remove toxins from the face, helps to reduce wrinkles, and improves your complexion, trying to minimize the effects of the ageing process. You will find this a very relaxing experience, and will feel your stress and tension melt away.

Facial acupuncture

Facial acupuncture

From £55
Using special small fine sterile disposable needles, which we will insert them into the dermal layer of the skin. The goal is to stimulate the body's natural production of collagen and elastin by causing a tiny 'micro-trauma' to the facial tissue. Body points are used to balance internal health which in effect assist and maintain wonderful facial rejuvenation.
When the body senses the tiny 'trauma' caused by the needle, it rushes collagen and elastin to the injury site for repair. In the repair process, your skin becomes more plump and resilient.
By increasing production of collagen and elastin, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles are minimised, the quality and texture of the skin is improved, sagging of the eyelids and jawline is lifted, and colour and lustre of the skin are improved. You will feel incredibly relax and this is great additional integral part of facial beauty.
Moxibustion

Moxibustion

From £30
Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the burning of mugwort, a small, spongy herb, to facilitate healing. Moxibustion has been used throughout Asia for thousands of years; in fact, the actual Chinese character for acupuncture, translated literally, means "acupuncture-moxibustion." The purpose of moxibustion, as with most forms of traditional Chinese medicine, is to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of qi, and maintain general health.
Cupping

Cupping

From £15
In a typical cupping session, glass cups are warmed using a cotton ball or other flammable substance, which is soaked in alcohol, let, then placed inside the cup. Burning a substance inside the cup removes all the oxygen, which creates a vacuum.
As the substance burns, the cup is turned upside-down so that the practitioner can place the cup over a specific area. The vacuum created by the lack of oxygen anchors the cup to the skin and pulls it upward on the inside of the glass as the air inside the jar cools. Drawing up the skin is believed to open up the skin’s pores, which helps to stimulate the flow of blood, balances and realigns the flow of qi, breaks up obstructions, and creates an avenue for toxins to be drawn out of the body.
Cupping is used primarily to treat respiratory conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, and congestion; arthritis; gastrointestinal disorders; and certain types of pain. Some practitioners also use cupping to treat depression and reduce swelling. Fleshy sites on the body, such as the back and stomach (and, to a lesser extent, the arms and legs), are the preferred sites for treatment.
Reflexology

Reflexology

From £35
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
Acupuncture
