Dr Ren Chen had studied conventional western and Chinese medicine in the Famous Medical university, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), for 8 years, and graduated with medical master degree. Then he worked in one of the biggest hospital of Beijing as a physician from 1989. During this time, Dr Chen practised conventional western and Chinese herbal medicine and Acupuncture.

He is a senior consultant and vice-professor in China. Dr Chen can successfully treat a lot of diseases which, despite treatment, have not resolved through use of western medicine. This made him become one of the best doctors in China’s capital city Beijing. Besides he has published fourteen theses on medical magazine and three medical works.

Dr Chen is rheumatologist and dermatologist; he published a work "100 questions and answers of rheumatoid arthritis in prevention, treatment and diet therapy" and thesis about rheumatic disease. He also is an excellent acupuncturist, he published a book "The clinical practical acupuncture and moxibustion".

Acupuncture

It involves the insertion of very fine sterilized needles, disposable and never re-used, into the body surface at strategic points. The practitioners will leave the needles in place for about twenty to thirty minutes. The use of needles is virtually painless.

Acupuncture enables the body, mind and spirit to heal itself, as for as Nature will allow. In Chinese medicine any illness or symptom, either physical, mental or of the spirit, is associated with an imbalance of the person’s vital life energy, or Qi. When the body sends out distress signals in the form of any symptom, it is a sign that there is an imbalance of Qi, which must be rebalanced to restore health. Very fine stainless steel needles are inserted into acupuncture points which lie on the meridians of the body, to achieve a balance of energy.
