Helen Murphy qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1982 and has considerable experience in all areas within the NHS and in the private sector. Helen works with Personal Trainers and is trusted by clients of all ages and abilities - from office workers with back and neck problems to professional and amateur athletes, footballers, marathon runners, cyclists, golfers, triathletes, ironmen & Ballet Rambert dancers.
Therapeutic Massage is based on Swedish massage, it is relaxing and healing. Classic strokes are used to relax tense muscles, loosen knots, stimulate circulation, relieve aches and pains, ease headache and rejuvenate tissues.
