Natural Elements Acupuncture & Holistic Healing

Natural Elements is run by husband and wife team Keith and Karen Richmond.

Both have had a long-time interest in alternative and complementary health and both completed honors degrees in acupuncture and Chinese medicine at Wrexham Glyndwr University. The course included; tui na massage, electro-acupuncture, musculoskeletal interventions, cupping therapy, auricular therapy and moxibustion. During their training both attended additional courses run by the university such as; acupuncture and mental health, pulse face and tongue diagnosis in Chinese medicine and additional tui na massage.

After university Karen focused more on the ability of acupuncture to assist in issues of mental health and completed additional training, gaining extra qualifications such as reflexology, facial reflexology and Hopi ear candling.

Karen is currently working on becoming a qualified herbal medicine practitioner.

After university Keith specialised in acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and cupping therapy for the treatment of musculoskeletal injury and pain, he has also gained further qualifications in deep tissue and remedial massage.

Keith is hoping to train in hypnotherapy mid-2020 to further his interest in the treatment of addictions.
