About the Business
Oakwood Veterinary Centre opened in 1994 by Barbara Jones BVMS MRCVS VetMFHom to provide integrated veterinary care for pets. As well as conventional veterinary medicine and surgery with up to date diagnostic equipment on site, our vets also use complementary therapies including homeopathy, acupuncture, western herbal medicine, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, natural nutrition and dietary advice, flower essences, laser therapy and Reiki healing. One of our Veterinary Nurses is also trained in crystal therapy and we can provide cranial osteopathy by appointment with a visiting osteopath. With the increase in number of pets suffering from chronic disease and cancer, we provide a range of different natural cancer therapies to give your pet the best quality of life that we can.
