These simple yet profound exercises are thoroughly worthwhile to learn and have a very positive effect on the body’s health and mind. Traditional Chinese Massage (Tui Na) uses a variety of effective techniques to release the muscles, improve circulation and correct any postural misalignments in the body. It can be used for a wide range of conditions and injuries from Back Pain and Sciatica to Headaches, Stress and Anxiety. Tui Na Massage uses Deep Tissue Massage techniques and also includes bone setting, joint manipulations and Acupressure. The diversity of techniques is what makes Chinese Massage stand out and gives it the unique ability to adapt and address many different types of complaints.

Nick Lowe holds a Masters in Chinese Medicine and runs clinics in Aston Tirrold (near Wallingford, South Oxfordshire) and Henley on Thames. In practice he supports his use of traditional Eastern methods and theory with modern anatomy and physiology for the most effective results.

Nick specialises in correcting postural misalignments in the body in order to address a wide variety of conditions from physical injuries to gynaecological issues.

He has practised Yoga, Martial Arts and Taiji for over 7 years and these studies have given him a unique insight into the structure of the human body which he applies through his treatments. His training has regularly taken him to Asia, Europe and many parts of the UK in order to further his skills.

Nick has previously worked for the herb wood chinese medicine clinic in North Wales, The Wallingford Therapy Clinic in Oxfordshire and the Orion Healing Centre in Thailand.
