Acupuncture
The ancient system of healing developed by the Chinese and has been practiced in China for thousands of years. We have been using it here in our practice in the north of cardiff city for over 20 years.
Traditionally acupuncture is a system of diagnosis and treatment enabling a free flow of Energy or Qi (Chi) throughout the body. Needles are used to stimulate the bodies Qi to maintain a balance flow. Recent evidence suggests that acupuncture is now an effective treatment to help manage pain.
